Guide Restoration

We work diligently with the

City of Mobile, fellow organizations, and private sectors to build strong legislation to support our beautification efforts.

Implement Coastal Change

We are in a unique geographical pocket, surrounded by water. The Peninsula fights to strengthen our shorelines and mitigate coastal erosion with the use of pocket beaches and living shoreline techniques.

Build a Community

We are comprised entirely of volunteers who simply want to better their neighborhood. Through our communal support we grow not only our infrastructure, but also our friendships.

Who We Are...

The Peninsula of Mobile was founded in the fall of 2013 with the goal of beautifying and restoring the unique coastal community between Mobile Bay and Dog River,  south of I-10 along Dauphin Island Parkway.

Since then, we have worked with fellow organizations and the City of Mobile to implement positive changes that promote a better living environment - both for citizens and the natural wildlife.
